Scam alert! Several fraudulent proposals for investment in car parks with very attractive returns have been reported. Interparking has not signed any association agreement of this type with anyone.

Supposed companies that present themselves as financial investment agents offer, via the Internet or by telephone, investment products in parking spaces located in cities in Europe. These offers promise very favorable and safe returns for investors. They claim to have signed association agreements with renowned companies in the car park sector, including Interparking, and deceive their victims by presenting brochures with deceitful content, imitating in a very convincing way the graphic design of the companies whose names they usurp and even proposing tripartite contracts with firms falsified information from the corporate managers of the parking companies.
These facts have been denounced to the authorities of several countries, including Spain. To date, the following issuer names have been identified issuing these fraudulent proposals, although please note that scammers may operate under any other name not included in this list:
