By entering our car parks, the users accept the duty to: Pay for our service according to the applicable rates and rules and instructions regarding the use and safety of the car park, according to Law 40/2002.

The user is responsible for any damages and losses caused by breach of duty or incompetence in driving the vehicle inside the parking lot, according to Law 40/2002.

Interparking will have the right to retain a vehicle as guarantee for payment, according to Law 40/2002.

Interparking may ask for the withdrawal of a vehicle in case the vehicle has been parked continuously in the same place for a period exceeding six months, in a way that abandonment can be presumed, according to Law 40/2002.
