P-APP is the app that allows you to access, pay and exit at the Interparking car parks in Spain, without the need to get the ticket or use the payment machine.

P-APP is available for iOS and Android devices.

You just have to download the app in AppStore or GooglePlay.

Once registered, with P-APP you can access the Interparking car parks in Spain. The access is done automatically with LPR (Licence Plate Recognition) system, or by identifying yourself with a QR code provided by P-APP (My Data -> My QR section). To pay, just go to the exit and the barrier will open automatically in a few seconds, as our system will recognize that your registration has activated the payment.

The only need is to have a credit (or debit) card associated with your P-APP user. If you still do not have one, you must add it in order to make the payment of a stay with P-APP.

P-APP accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express; credit and debit cards. In case you do not allow you to register your card, check with your bank, as you may have not activated the e-commerce operations without authentication on your card.

There is no initial payment and the download or use itself has no cost. However, at the moment you register your credit card in P-APP, commonly a charge will be generated. Do not worry, it is only a validation of your card, the value will not be really charged.

Currently, you can use the P-APP application in most parks in the Interparking network in Spain. Check the car parks and their location on this website.

You will receive an informative notification every time you access a parking with P-APP and also when you finish your stay in it.

You do not need your mobile phone (the access is done by License Plate Recognition), but we recommend that you take it with you in case the automatic access fails. The QR code associated with your license plate, recorded in the application, is another way to identify yourself as a P-APP user.

The QR code is used to identify you as a P-APP user in the Interparking car parks. Each license plate registered in the application will generate a different QR code.

You can register up to 5 license plates with your P-APP user.

You can reset your password using the "Forgotten password" option in the app's start menu. You will receive an email at the registered email address, with instructions to reset your password safely.

In the Record of Movements, you can view and consult the detail of the stays you have made with P-APP.

In the Record of Movements, select the operations you want to be included in the invoice and click on the option "Request Invoice". Your request will be managed by our team and in 24h you will receive an email at the registered email address with the requested invoice. Remember to fill in your billing Information within the “Movements” menu.
