Internal Information System.

INTERPARKING HISPANIA has proceeded with the implementation of an Internal Information System.

In accordance with Law 2/2023, dated February 20, regulating the protection of individuals reporting regulatory violations and combating corruption, INTERPARKING HISPANIA has implemented an Internal Information System. The purpose is to enable any direct member (administrators, employees, professionals, and executives) or affiliated party (collaborators, suppliers, or clients) to report any indication or suspicion of engaging in conduct that may involve:

• Violation of applicable regulations, protocols, procedures, and internal controls.
• Commission of acts inconsistent with ethical principles and good business practices.
• Commission of acts that may be criminal.
