Interparking Group, one of the leading European car park operators, present in 9 countries and 360 cities, has recently acquired the Spanish car park company ‘COMSA Aparcamientos’. Seller is COMSA Concesiones.
COMSA is mainly active in Catalonia, Basque Country, Asturias and Galicia. The car parks are all located in capital cities, including two hospital car parks in Barcelona. The car parks consist of 8,115 parking spaces which accommodated 1,200,563 clients in 2016.

COMSA’s portfolio complements the current portfolio of Interparking Hispania, being also the entry point to on-street contracts. As a result of the acquisition, Interparking Hispania will be operating 65 car parks and one on-street contract in 31 cities totalling more than 30.000 parking spaces.”

The transaction has passed all authorities requirements, being strictly firm.
