There are two ways: 1) Contact directly with any employee of Interparking Hispania in the corresponding car park and fill a new form with the updated data. 2) Send an email including name and ID and reporting the updated data to the car park. Please see our list of car parks to find the corresponding email.
In that case use the intercom at the payment machine to reach the control room. The staff will be able to advise you on what to do. Thanks to the video surveillance we will know exactly how to proceed.
Please notify us at least 15 days before the effective cancellation of the subscription, and we will cancel the subscription. Failure to comply with this requirement will involve the payment of the next period.
If you use the car park out of the allowed subscription hours, you will have to pay the time excess according to the applicable rates in the car park.
